HOW TIER ELIGIBILITY WORKS:

Your tier is based on the total juju Points you’ve earned during a rolling 2-year period.

When you reach a new tier (II or VIP), a fresh 2-year eligibility window begins for that tier.

Every purchase and every birthday bonus you earn adds to your current 2-year window.

If you haven’t earned enough points in that rolling 2-year window to maintain your current tier, you’ll move to a lower tier that better matches your recent activity.

You keep all your juju Points even if your tier changes.
REDEEMING SPARKLY REWARDS:

Redeem your juju Points for a discount at checkout (via a generated coupon code or the loyalty widget).

Higher tiers receive better redemption rates (more value per point).

Important Note: Sparkly Rewards cannot be combined with other promo codes on the same order. You will need to choose whether to use your Sparkly Rewards or the sale/promo code — whichever saves you more.

What happens to my points if I drop to a lower tier?
You keep all your juju Points. Only your earning rate and redemption value change.
Can I use my points during a sale?
Yes! You can always use your Sparkly Rewards during a sale. However, you will need to choose at checkout whether to apply your Sparkly Rewards or the sale promo code — only one can be used per order.
Can I stay in a higher tier forever after one big purchase?
Tiers reward ongoing engagement. They’re based on points earned in the last 2 years, so our most regular customers continue to enjoy the best benefits.
Do points ever expire?
Never. Your points will always be there, even if your tier changes.
Do birthday points count toward my tier?
Yes! Birthday points are added to your total and count toward your tier progress in the current 2-year window.
Why should I add info@jujujems.com to my Safe Senders list?

When does my tier status get checked?
The system automatically checks your tier status based on your activity in the rolling 2-year window.
How do I see my current points and tier?
Log into your account on jujujems.com and visit the Sparkly Rewards section.
Can the program rules change?
We reserve the right to update or modify the Sparkly Rewards program at any time. Any changes will be posted here and communicated to active members.
