What does jujujems sell? We specialize in hand-selected crystals, rocks, minerals, gemstones, fossils, jewelry, and unique gifts inspired by the natural world.

Where is jujujems located? We are a small family-owned business based in Wisconsin. We ship to all 50 United States.

Are your crystals real and natural? The vast majority of our crystals, rocks, and minerals are natural. Whenever a product has been enhanced, we clearly state that in the product description so you always know exactly what you’re purchasing.

​

For example, Aura crystals are natural stones that have been permanently bonded with metals such as silver, platinum, gold, or titanium to create their distinctive iridescent finish. Whenever a product has been enhanced or treated, we clearly explain it in the product description.

Where do you source your crystals and minerals? We personally select our crystals and minerals at major gem shows, from trusted vendors and miners, and through our own rockhounding adventures.

​

Are your crystals ethically sourced? Yes. While there is no universal certification or official rating system for ethically sourced crystals and minerals, we take this responsibility seriously.

​

We purchase from trusted vendors, reputable gem and mineral shows, skilled lapidaries, and miners. We take the time to build relationships with our suppliers, ask questions about where and how materials are obtained, and avoid sources that raise concerns.

Our goal is simple: to offer authentic, responsibly sourced specimens from suppliers we know and trust.

​

What makes jujujems different? We’re a husband-and-wife team that personally hand-selects every piece we sell. We believe quality matters, so we’re selective about what makes it to our shop.

​

We’re also passionate about sharing what we know. Through our blog, product descriptions, and educational resources, we strive to help customers learn about crystals, rocks, minerals, and fossils—not just buy them.

Most importantly, we believe in genuine customer service. We’re here to answer questions, help you find the right piece, and treat every order with the same care we’d want ourselves.

And yes, our Supreme Leader, Ragnar the Maine Coon, keeps a close eye on the operation. He’s also the official cardboard box inspector.

Looking for a specific stone? Simply use the search bar at the top of the page. It does an excellent job of finding products throughout our website.​​

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Currently, all orders over $99 automatically receive free shipping.

 

How long does shipping take? Unless noted on our website, orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location.

What is your return policy? You may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery. Just contact us to get started, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Points are automatically added to your account whenever you complete a qualifying activity.
