Orders are carefully packed and generally ship within seven (7) business days of placement unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
*Please note: jujujems is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order is marked as delivered but can’t be located, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance.
We ask that you please double-check your shipping details before checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to reship it—but the buyer will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
