Shipping
Orders are packed with care and attention to detail and shipped according to our posted shipping schedule.
All items are sent via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please take a moment to double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to resend it—additional shipping costs will apply.
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is managed by them. If your order is marked as delivered but can’t be located, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or request assistance.
We’re always happy to share tracking details, but lost or missing packages must be handled through the carrier.

If it’s not quite the right fit, you may return your item within 5 days of delivery. Just reach out to us to get started—we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we made an error.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and we want you to feel good about your choice.
Return Packaging Guidelines
To help your return make it back safely, please send it in the same condition you received it, using the original packaging whenever possible.
This may include the original gift box, bubble wrap, protective bags, and any padding that kept the piece secure during its first trip to you. If those materials aren’t available, similar protective packaging works just fine—just make sure the item is snug and well-cushioned.
Many of our pieces are delicate, so a little extra care goes a long way. If an item arrives back to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, it may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

We package everything with carefully, but shipping isn’t always gentle.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or off in any way, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
