Shipping

Orders generally ship within seven (7) business days of placement unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other common carrier. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your item is shipped.

 

Please note that jujujems is not liable for any lost or damaged shipments. The customer is responsible for entering and verifying the correct shipping information to ensure successful delivery of order. In the event a package is returned due to an inaccurate address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to the correct address.

 

Returns/Refunds

In order to keep our prices competitive and continue providing you with top-notch products, we have implemented a no returns or refunds policy. All sales are final. Please read descriptions and sizes carefully before placing your order.

We take great care to ensure that our products are and packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there's a mistake with your order, please reach out to us at info@ jujujems.com, and we'll do everything we can to make it right for you.

 

Please note that we require photos of the damaged item and of the shipping container in order for a refund to be processed. 

 

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Refer a Friend

Share your unique referral link with friends via email, social media, or messaging apps. Your friend makes a purchase using your referral link and gets 10% off. You then receive a 20% discount on your next order.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Your friend must be a new customer to qualify for the 10% discount.

  • For you to receive the 20% discount, your friend's purchase must be made using your unique referral link.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
