Everybody loves this bumblebee!

Bumblebee Jasper is a unique and colorful variety of jasper known for its vibrant yellow, orange, and black banding patterns. It features bold banding patterns of yellow, orange, and black, resembling the colors of a bumblebee. The patterns can vary in intensity and distribution, creating a visually striking and dynamic appearance. Bumblebee Jasper is often cut and polished into cabochons or used in jewelry and lapidary work.

Composed of a mixture of volcanic materials, including sulfur, manganese oxides, and other mineral impurities, the vibrant yellow and orange colors are caused by the presence of sulfur, while the black bands are typically composed of manganese oxides.

Bumblebee Jasper is primarily found in Indonesia, particularly on the island of Java, where it is formed in association with volcanic activity. It is often found in areas where hot springs deposit mineral-rich fluids, which interact with the surrounding rock formations to create the distinctive banding patterns.

Confidence, courage, and vitality are hallmarks of Bumblebee Jasper. It works with the sacral and solar plexus chakras, promoting creativity, empowerment, and personal growth. Bumblebee Jasper also enhances mental clarity, promotes a positive outlook, and encourages taking action towards one's goals.

Bumblebee Jasper also boosts energy levels and promotes well-being by aiding in emotional healing, particularly in cases of low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression.

Caution: It's important to note that Bumblebee Jasper contains sulfur, which can be toxic if ingested or inhaled as dust. Therefore, it's recommended to handle Bumblebee Jasper with care and avoid exposure to its dust or powdered form.
